 We are an artist-owned and operated art gallery in the downtown Eau Gallie Arts District (affectionately known as EGAD) in Melbourne, Florida. Our mission is to provide a venue for both established artists as well as emerging creative souls with a focus on encouraging artists to become a part of the family we have enjoyed for more than a dozen years.

Our gallery is large and spacious and filled with a collection of works by local members, as well as consignment and guest artists. You will enjoy paintings, photography, 3-D works, jewelry, and more, all locally and expertly crafted. We also have a variety of cards, prints, and gift items, and our inventory is always fresh and new.

Eau Gallery is involved with and supportive of the activities of EGAD, including the very popular “First Friday Art Walk” where hundreds of visitors stroll the galleries and businesses of our arts district to enjoy the art, music, food, and monthly exhibit openings. We are also sensitive to the needs of the community and often participate in philanthropic partnerships with other organizations.

Show Us Your Art!

Eau Gallery actively seeks artists who want to promote their careers, get involved with a gallery, and showcase their diverse styles and innovative techniques. There are several levels of involvement, described below. Each requires filling out an application (available at the Gallery, on our website or via email) and setting up an appointment with the Review Committee to present your bio and several examples of your work.

You and the Committee will discuss benefits and investments. Then the Committee will present your request to the General Membership, who will vote on an extension to join our gallery.

FULL GALLERY PARTNERSHIP

Artists are entitled to a dedicated rotating space in the Gallery to display their works, framed biography standard portfolio, and business cards. After six months of partnership, artists also have the opportunity to show as a “Featured Artist” at no additional cost.

●Gallery “sitting” (up to six 4-hour shifts per month)

FEATURED ARTIST
This program is open to non-partner artists and/or groups to exhibit for one month - a great way to kick-start your career!

DUTIES
●mandatory attendance at First Friday, optional events

COME HANG WITH US!
This program is open to non-partner Artists to show one of their works for one month for a fee of $25. An additional flat fee of $25 will be charged on works that are sold.

CONSIGNMENT ARTIST

This program is open to non-partner Artists to exhibit for increments of six (6) months per year. Works must be original designs and handmade by the artist. Items include jewelry, soaps, wearable art, small pottery, stained-glass, fiber arts, etc. Artists must provide an inventory list, tag their own works, and replenish stock regularly.

BENEFITS
●display space: 15” glass cube, or equivalent shelf space
●One-time flat fee according to space

●Contact agreement for six (6) months

●30% Gallery commission on all sales

During November and December, we invite local 3-D fine artists and crafters to exhibit designs handmade by the artist.

GUEST ARTIST

This program is open to non-partner Artists to exhibit for up to 2 months. Space sizes vary.

CALLS FOR ART
Here at Eau Gallery, we believe it is our mission to help the local art community to be shown and discovered. To help achieve this goal, we host selected art shows that we dedicated to outside artists. Please see our website for the current and future calls for art.

MISCELLANEOUS THINGS TO KNOW

●Gallery will handle all sales and taxes

●Artist will receive payment via check for any sales, less commission
● The gallery coordinator will assist with the hanging and/or display of the art

●Gallery provides bags and tissue paper for wrapping and sales. The artist is responsible for providing any other specialty gift bags, etc.
